CREOLE PORK CHOPS 
3 pork loin chops
Salt & pepper
Creole seasoning
3 slices of onions
3 green pepper rings
2 cans tomato sauce
1 c. water

Brown pork chops, pour off drippings. Sprinkle with seasonings. Top each chop with slice of onion and green pepper (onion and pepper may be chopped if desired). Combine tomato sauce and water. Pour over chops. Cook for 45 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
