CREOLE PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Salt & pepper
Onion
Green pepper
1 can tomato paste

Brown pork chops in skillet. Pour off drippings. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Place slice of onion and green pepper on chops. Pour 1 can of tomato sauce and 1 can water over this. Cover and cook 45 minutes over low heat. Stir now and then.
