CREOLE PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 green pepper, diced
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 bay leaf

Sprinkle chops with salt, pepper, paprika and brown well. Remove to baking dish. Place onion, celery and green pepper in skillet pork chops were browned in and fry until tender. Add tomatoes, sugar, Tabasco sauce and bay leaf. Simmer a few minutes. Pour over chops and cook in a slow oven (300 degrees) about 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
