CREOLE PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 boneless loin pork chops (thin sliced)
1 sm. can Italian tomatoes
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 clove of garlic, chopped
6 to 8 cups cooked rice
Seasoned Salt (Mrs. Dash)
Creole flavoring (Not Italian)

Sprinkle seasoning on chops, and let set for 15 minutes. Brown meat on both sides, set aside. Saute vegetables in oil until tender. Add can of tomatoes; cut tomatoes in chunks. Cook 20 minutes or until flavors have blended. Layer in 8 x 12 oil Pyrex dish, rice, meat and sauce. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes. Add water if necessary.
