MOM'S APPLE PIE 
6 or 7 tart apples
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/3 stick butter
Already pie crust - 1 pkg.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Peel and slice apples. Prepare pie crust according to package directions. Mix sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon together and pour over apples. Mix well and pour into pie crust. Dot butter on top of apples. Add top crust. Crimp the edges of the crust with your fingers. Poke a few holes in the top crust with a fork.
