MEAT LOAF STIR FRY 
1 lb. ground beef
3 slices bread, dampened
1 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle of garlic powder

Mix all together. Make 10 balls. Put in skillet and flatten a little. Brown on both sides, cooking until done. Remove from skillet.

Clean and slice 2 carrots, 2 stalks of celery, sliced, 1 onion, chopped, 1 small apple, diced, 1/2 package broccoli, 1/2 package frozen peas, 1/2 package cauliflower. You can add mushrooms, if you like.

While this is frying, boil 2 cups of water and add 3/4 cup of rice. Boil for 3 minutes. Turn heat to low, cook 5 minutes more covered. Keep covered until ready to use.

After stir fry vegetables are done, remove from pan. Put 1/4 stick of butter in pan and add rice until brown. Add vegetables and meat patties. Serve with soy sauce.
