JAPANESE FRIED RICE | |
1 c. uncooked rice 1 tbsp. butter 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 lb. lean pork sausage 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped green onions 1/3 c. soy sauce Cook rice, set aside to cool. Scramble eggs hard in butter. Set aside. Cook meat until it looses its pink color. Add celery. Cook a few minutes. Add onions, salt and pepper to taste. Cook a few minutes. Add soy sauce. Stir in rice. Add scramble eggs. Stir. Serve. |
