SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. thick sour cream
1 c. raisins, chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (9") unbaked pastry shell

Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat until light. Whip sour cream and fold into egg mixture. Add raisins, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer.
