SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
For 9 inch pie pan with your favorite pie crust, unbaked.

Make a custard of:

2 well beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour, if using commercial sour cream
1 c. sugar

Mix together well. Add:

1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees until sliver knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
