SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 scant c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
1 heaping c. raisins
1 tbsp. vinegar
Double crust

Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust and put top crust on. (Be sure and prick top crust.) Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
