TOMATO PUDDING 
1 stick butter
3 slices dried bread
1 qt. tomatoes & juice
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Melt butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Break bread up and let stand in butter. In saucepan, add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Pour over bread. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
