TOMATO PUDDING 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. tomato puree (or a No. 2 can)
1/2 c. water
2 c. bread, cut in cubes
1 c. melted butter or use 1/2 of butter and butter

Combine tomato puree, brown sugar, water and butter and cook this for 5 minutes. Grease casserole. Put bread and pour mixture over. Preheat oven at 325 degrees and bake for 50 minutes.
