TALLYHO TOMATO PUDDING 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. tomato puree
1/4 c. cold water
2 c. bread cubes, crusts removed
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine first 3 ingredients, cook 5 minutes. While tomato puree mixture is cooking, put bread crumbs in a 1 quart casserole and pour melted butter over them. Add tomato mixture. Bake for 50 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Serves 4.
