TOMATO PUDDING 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. (15 oz. can) tomato puree
1/2 c. water
4 c. soft bread crumbs (about 8 slices, crusts removed)

Melt butter. Add sugar, tomato and water. Cook 5 minutes. Pack bread in casserole and pour mixture over. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 50 minutes, uncovered.
