STRAWBERRY PARFAIT PIE 
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries
1 baked 9 inch pie shell or graham cracker crust

Dissolve Jello in 1 scant cup boiling water. Add 1 pint vanilla ice cream, cut into chunks. Stir until melted. Chill until it mounds slightly, 20-30 minutes. Fold in sliced strawberries. Chill until firm and garnish with whipped cream and fresh berries.
