STRAWBERRY PARFAIT 
1 baked pie shell, 9"
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 c. sliced strawberries
Cool Whip (optional)

Mix Jello with hot water. Let set 15 minutes. Mix ice cream into Jello. Fold in sliced strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell. This can also be used as a pudding. Divide into sherbet dishes.
