S.'S ORANGE CIRCUS PEANUT GELATIN | |
7 1/2 oz. orange circus peanuts (about 30) 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin 1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained or 1 (16 oz.) can drained pineapple 2 c. boiling water 1 3/4 c. mandarin orange syrup and cold water 2 c. whipped topping Cut into small pieces the circus peanuts. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Add the circus peanuts, stirring until dissolved. Drain the syrup from the mandarin oranges, adding enough water to make 1 3/4 cups. Add to gelatin, chill until partially set. Stir together the mandarin oranges and whipped topping. Fold into the gelatin mixture. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Chill until firm. |
