PIZZA MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 of 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 bite size cubes
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. salad oil
12-15 1/2 oz. jar pizza sauce
4 c. hot cooked rice or spaghetti
Parsley sprigs for garnish

About 45 minutes before serving: In medium bowl with fork, mix well first 6 ingredients; shape mixture into 12 large meatballs with 1 cube of cheese in center of each, making sure that cheese is completely covered with meat mixture. On waxed paper, coat each meatball lightly with flour. In 12 inch skillet over medium high heat, in hot salad oil, cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Spoon off fat.

Add pizza sauce to meatballs in skillet; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve on rice. Garnish with parsley. Makes 7 servings.
