PIZZA MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, cut in bite-size cubes
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 (12 to 15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce
4 c. cooked rice or spaghetti

In medium bowl, mix well first six ingredients, shape mixture into large meatballs with 1 cube of cheese in center of each, making sure that cheese is completely covered with meat mixture. On waxed paper, coat each meatball lightly with flour.

In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Spoon off fat. Add pizza sauce to meatballs in skillet. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve on rice or spaghetti. Makes 7 servings.
