BARBEQUE MEATBALLS 
4 tbsp. oil
1 c. Worthington vege burger
2 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. finely crushed saltine crackers
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. celery salt
4 generous shakes Wrights liquid smoke
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Saute onions in oil. Mix all ingredients. Form into balls slightly smaller than a walnut. Place on teflon cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 cube butter
1 onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. catsup
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 generous shakes Wrights liquid smoke

Saute onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs in casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or more. NOTE: Can make twice as much sauce to keep meatballs moist.
