FRANGO MINTS 
2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 1/8 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla, rum or peppermint flavoring

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler, let cool. In a bowl beat butter and powdered sugar well. Add flavoring. Add chocolate mix; mix well. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper. Refrigerate. From Sons of Norway "Kokebok".
