EASY EGG DROP SOUP | |
2 cans chicken broth 1 lge egg, lightly beaten 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp sugar 2 green onions, chopped fine 1 tbsp corn starch 1. Mix chicken broth with corn starch and bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Slowly add egg, stirring constantly, until egg forms lacy strands. 2. Take off heat and let stand 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and green onions. Ladle into bowls. Serve with chow mein noodles, if desired. |
