PECAN-CHEESE PIE 
1 cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pie shell (9-inch, unbaked)
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Blend in other ingredients and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with pecans.

Topping:

1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and gently pour or spoon over cheese mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
