Cook ham on lowest position in oven, 20 minutes per pound at 350 degrees (for an 18 pound ham, cook for 3 hours). Pour 1/2 Coke over it. Continue to cook 2 more hours and pour remainder of Coke over ham. Cover with tent of aluminum foil, cook 1 more hour. Remove from oven. Cover completely with foil and cool.
