EGG, HAM, CHEESE BAKE 
2 c. grated cheese (Velveeta)
2 c. diced ham
7 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. butter
Approximately 1/2 loaf of bread with cut crusts

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Line pan with bread slices. Sprinkle 2 cups grated cheese. Add 2 cups of diced ham. Add another layer of bread slices. Beat the eggs and add milk, mustard and salt. Pour mixture in pan. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top. Dot with butter. Make the night before, cover with foil and refrigerate. Remove foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
