SEAFOOD LASAGNE 
1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. dried basil
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) shrimp, drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. (9 or 10 noodles) uncooked lasagna

Heat butter until melted. Add garlic. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until bubbly. Add milk and broth; heat to boil. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese and basil. Stir until melted.

Spread 1/4 of the cheese sauce about 1 1/2 cups in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with 3 or 4 noodles. Spread cottage cheese over noodles in dish. Repeat with 1/4 of cheese sauce and 3 or 4 noodles. Top with crabmeat, shrimp, 1/4 of the cheese sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
