MICROWAVE POTATO DUMPLINGS 
2 qts. hot water or broth
2 c. hot mashed potatoes
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash ground nutmeg

Set power select at High. In 3 quart casserole, heat water, covered, 10 minutes or until water is boiling. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; drop by heaping tablespoons into water. Heat 3 to 4 minutes or until dumplings float; drain.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
