POTATO DUMPLINGS 
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 egg
Pinch salt
1 c. flour
Hot potato water

Mix mashed potatoes and egg well. Add pinch of salt, flour and mix well. Add enough hot potato water to moisten flour to make a soft dough. Drop by teaspoon into gently boiling soup and boil about 10 minutes or until done. They puff out so don't make them too big.
