POTATO DUMPLINGS (BRAMROVE
KNEDLIKY)
 
2 c. potatoes, boiled & riced (well packed)
1 c. flour
1 heaping tsp. farina
1 egg
1 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients. Knead dough well. Shape into balls the size of small oranges. Cook, covered in salted, boiling water for about 12 minutes. Excellent with pork veals, loin of pork, roast beef or stuffed breast of veal.
