Turned out just the same as if I'd baked it, only way faster! I wanted a microwave option as my oven was occupied and I was hungry for the spaghetti squash I'd just bought. I micro'd it just as suggested and it was perfect!

This turned out PERFECT. My four year old is eating it up. I tried it once before and baked it in the oven and it took forEVER, and I put too much butter and real salt on it. I put vegetable pasta sauce on my son's and just sea salt on mine. Amazing. Thank you so much!

Fantastic recipe! I loved it and so did my husband (too busy gobbling it down to say more than "yeah, it's good!" and my 2-year-old (the super-picky eater)! I am thrilled. It's so hard to find healthy things that the little one will eat.

I made this as directed except it needed 4 extra minutes in the microwave. Then I scraped the "spaghetti" onto plates and mixed in salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, and parm cheese. I had hamburg in a skillet with spaghetti sauce and I put that on top. It's the first time I've had any kind of spaghetti in a long time (low carb diet due to diabetes) and it was a little bit of heaven! Better than regular spaghetti in my opinion! My little girl has had regular spaghetti recently, but she still loved this and didn't bat an eyelash when she tasted it. Just kept asking for "more sketti"!

The squash was extremely hard to cut into- took me a while to figure out how to do it. I don't know if they are always like that or if it wasn't ripe enough yet. I love this microwave version overall- doesn't take long at all and is super easy. Plus, I can have something else in the oven if I want to. I think this will be a weekly meal at our house now! Thank you!
