1 pkg. Jello brand gelatin (4 serving size), any flavor 1 c. boiling water 1/2 c. cold water 2 c. cold milk 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling (4 serving size) Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Pour milk into small mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute. Set bowl of gelatin in larger bowl of ice and water. Stir until slightly thickened. Then whip with electric mixer until fluffy, thick and doubled in volume. Blend pudding into whipped gelatin. Pour into serving bowl or individual dishes (do not mold). Chill until set. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
