SWISS CHICKEN | |
8 chicken cutlets 8 slices Swiss cheese 1 box frozen or fresh broccoli (8 spears) Pound chicken breasts between pieces of waxed paper until flat. Par boil or microwave broccoli until still firm. Wrap broccoli in chicken, secure with a toothpick and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, wrap each cutlet in a slice of cheese. Return to oven for about 5 minutes. Place under broiler until cheese bubbles. |
