CHICKEN/BROCCOLI SURPRISE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 or 2 boxes broccoli spears
6-8 chicken cutlets
1 lb. box Velveeta cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a deep baking pan with the broccoli spears. Line chicken cutlet on top of broccoli and pour cream of mushroom soup over the chicken and broccoli, then cover with foil. Put chicken in the oven for 45 minutes. After chicken is cooked remove from oven and remove foil. Slice Velveeta cheese and cover chicken with the cheese. Put back in oven uncovered for 15 minutes until cheese is lightly brown.
