YUMMY CHICKEN SURPRISE 
2 cans chicken (4 oz.), more if desired
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
8 oz. water
Minute Rice, desired amount according to box
Canned onion rings (Durkee)

1. Prepare rice according to directions on box (adding the butter and salt...).

2. Add chicken when rice is cooked, soup and water.

3. Mix well.

4. Place in oven safe dish and cover with onion rings (on top).

5. Bake on 400 degrees until onion rings are brown, turning 5 minutes, depending on oven.

May desire more soup if preparing for more than 8 people.
