BETSEY'S "MY AUNT LINDA'S
CHICKEN PIE"
 
Chicken
Chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

DOUGH:

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted

Cook and debone chicken; save broth. Bring soups and broth to a boil. Lay chicken in pan, pour soup mixture over chicken. Make dough mixture and pour over chicken and soup. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Yummy! Yummy! Yummy!
