SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lbs. cubed chicken cutlets
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 jar chili sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Brown chicken cubes. Place in oven proof dish. Mix cranberry and chili sauce in bowl. Pour over chicken. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
