SNOW BALL CAKE 
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple
1 lg. & 1 sm. Cool Whip
1 angel food cake
1 pkg. coconut

Mix gelatin, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Refrigerate 45 minutes. When chilled mix with pineapple and large Cool Whip, then add angel food cake broken in large pieces. Mix gently, pour in large mixing bowl lined with handy wrap. Fold handy wrap over top and pat firmly. Refrigerate overnight. Turn upside down on cake plate, ice with small Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
