WHOLESOME APPLE PANCAKES 
2/3 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. white flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 apple, peeled & grated

Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, blend milk, eggs and oil. Stir in apple and add to dry ingredients. Pour onto hot griddle and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side.
