EASY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained
1 can V-8 juice (24 oz.)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 can tomatoes (12 oz.)
2 pkgs. spaghetti sauce mix
1 carton small curd cottage cheese (12 oz.)
1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked (16 oz.)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

To the browned and drained hamburger add the V-8 juice, tomato sauce, tomatoes and spaghetti sauce mix. Layer in pan first sauce, then lasagna noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, then sauce again. Repeat ending with Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
