3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal, quick
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. peeled, diced apples
3/4 c. raisins (optional)
3/4 c. walnut pieces (optional)

Mix everything, adding oatmeal last. Bake 375 degrees 13 minutes.
