BARBRA'S POUND CAKE 
1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavoring
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. sour cream

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together; set aside. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add half of the sour cream and half of the flour; beat together. Add remaining flour and sour cream and flavoring. Fold in Cool Whip; pour into bundt pan. Coat baking pan with shortening and flour or use baking spray. Pour into pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean (about 45 to 50 minutes).
