FETTUCCINE ALFREDO | |
8 oz. fettuccine 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. half & half 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. black pepper 2 tbsp. parsley flakes Cook fettuccine noodles according to package directions but omit the salt. Drain and place in a large bowl. Combine butter and half & half in a small pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Once the butter has melted, add the cheese, pepper and parsley. Pour mixture over hot fettuccine and toss. |
