FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1/3 c. butter
8 oz. fettucini egg noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 c. each grated Parmesan cheese & Swiss cheese
1/2 c. half and half
Fresh ground pepper

In skillet, melt butter over low heat (do not brown). Add noodles and tan well. Sprinkle with cheese; toss gently until cheeses are melted and blended. Add half and half just to heat. Serve at once with generous grinding of pepper.
