CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
Clove of garlic, chopped
1/2 can tomato soup
1 med. head cabbage
3 to 4 strips bacon

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cans tomato soup
1 c. tomato sauce
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
5 tbsp. butter

Steam cabbage until leaves can be easily removed. Combine beef, rice, onion, garlic, and 1/2 can tomato soup. On each cabbage leaf, place desired amount of meat mixture. Fold cabbage leaf around meat and secure with toothpick. Place cabbage rolls in a casserole dish. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over cabbage rolls. If desired, place 3 or 4 strips of bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
