CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can (No. 303) creamed corn
1/2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. chopped green chilies
2 tbsp. pimiento
Pepper
6 crackers, rolled fine
4 tbsp. Velveeta cheese, chunked

Mix all the ingredients and pour into a greased casserole. Bake in a moderate oven until bubbly. Serves 6.
