CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, broken 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. milk 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained 3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs (optional) Mix together corned beef, Velveeta cheese, soup and milk. Layer in 2 quart greased casserole. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir occasionally. If too dry, add a little milk. Brown bread crumbs on top the last 5 to 10 minutes. |
