TUNA CORN CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lg. green pepper
3 tbsp. flour
4 oz. cheese (Velveeta)
Pepper to taste
1 lg. can tuna
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. canned corn, drained
1/2 tsp. salt

Fry green pepper in butter until tender. Blend in flour and add milk and cheese; cook until thickened. Add corn, pepper, salt, and tuna. Mix together and pour into a buttered casserole. Cover top with the crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
