TUNA-CORN CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter. Add onion and cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn into a 1 quart greased casserole. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 4 servings.
