CHOCOLATE TOWN PIE 
9-inch unbaked pastry shell
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract OR 2 tbsp. bourbon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Prepare pastry shell; set aside. In small mixer bowl cream butter; add eggs and vanilla or bourbon. Combine sugar and flour; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
