VEGETABLE GOULASH 
1 1/2 c. fresh corn kernels
1 c. chopped celery
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans and liquid
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 to 1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Combine vegetables, tomato sauce and a mixture of remaining ingredients in a large saucepan; stir to blend. Cover and bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Turn into a warm serving dish and serve hot.
